1. Services
I provide videography and video editing services as agreed upon in writing prior to the project start. This may include filming, editing, and delivery of final video content.

2. Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit (typically 25–50%) is required to secure a booking. The remaining balance must be paid a week after the final delivery of the project unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled shoot may be subject to a cancellation fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

4. Revisions
A set number of revisions (e.g., 1–2 rounds) are included in the project fee. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

5. Delivery Timeline
Delivery times will be agreed upon before the project begins. Delays caused by the client (e.g., late feedback) may affect the final delivery date.

6. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing clear project requirements, access to locations, and any necessary permissions or releases.

7. Usage Rights
Final videos are licensed for the agreed purpose. I retain the right to use the content for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.

8. Raw Footage
Raw footage is not included in the standard package but can be provided for an additional fee if requested.

9. Liability
I am not liable for circumstances beyond my control (e.g., weather, equipment failure, venue restrictions), but I will make reasonable efforts to resolve any issues.

10. Acceptance of Terms
By booking my services, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
